PROGRAM

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

Integral Leadership Training is a program that is committed to vertical leadership growth, which goes beyond the development of competencies. A program designed and created with the will to accompany leaders in a process that allows them to broaden their perspective and become more aware.

The program is essential for those leaders who, even with their well-established managerial roles, know or sense that they still have room to grow. Leaders who value their time and who seek a leadership program that allows them to make a qualitative leap in the development of their role. Leaders who question things and seek new paradigms to respond to the challenges they face. In short, leaders and companies that do not remain passive faced with the reality in which they exist and that are open to explore in depth ways that allow them to give the best of themselves, for their own benefit, their environment and the world they and we live in.

Ask us for an interview if you need more information or if you want to check if our program fits what you are looking for.

STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAM

The structure of the program combines these two phases:

8 face-to-face group training modules. Designed to learn and embody the integral map, as a tool for analysing reality, to understand and be aware of the way it works, and to broaden the perspective, drawing on the vision and experience of the group and the team of trainers.

6 individual sessions of Executive Coaching. A personalised process that is carried out simultaneously with the program and that allows the individual to work on their specific and relevant development objectives.

MODULES

Integral MAP
FUNDAMENTALS
In this first module we lay the foundations to get to know the integral map and the lenses that it is made up of. We begin to use the map as a tool of analysis to know ourselves, to become aware of how others work and to understand how the different parts of a system are related to each other.

We put in place the framework to understand leadership seen from the integral point of view. We learn to observe our ways and others’ from two perspectives: a look from the outside (looking at) and a look from within (looking as). Participants begin to observe and understand their natural way of seeing, doing and checking as leaders (their current way of being). They begin to glimpse the range of possibilities that open up and to expand and grow as leaders (new way of being).

AQAL (all quadrants all levels)
THE 4 QUADRANTS AND THE LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS
We enter the two main lenses of the integral map: the 4 Quadrants and the Levels of Consciousness. We introduce the development of the leader, the team and the organisation through the practical facet of the quadrants. We will discover from which quadrant an individual is oriented when observing the world and how this fact determines where the attention is put and where it is not, what one is missing.

We will look at the different levels of consciousness and the areas of improvement seen from each quadrant. We will realize how other perspectives are seen and interpreted from each quadrant, how we can develop within each quadrant and how to increase our competencies.

The developmental objectives, that each participant will be able to explore and work on within the Executive Coaching process (which begins after this module), begin to take shape in this stage.

UL. THE PERSONAL QUADRANT
MY INNER WORLD
At this point the participants are already working with the quadrants. They use them to observe themselves and the environment, this allows them to see elements that were previously overlooked and there are those participants who, naturally, have already begun to act differently.

In this module we enter the Upper-Left Quadrant (UL), the perspective of the I, everything that happens to us internally and individually, exploring our beliefs, values and emotions.

We start with the internal work because we consider it essential; If we do not know ourselves or know what we do and why and what we do it for, if we do not increase our level of consciousness, if we do not manage the emotions that block us and make us less functional, it will be difficult to develop a leadership mentality that goes beyond task management.

We introduce here the third lens of the integral map: the Developmental Lines. In this module we will work on the Emotional Line.

UR. THE OBJECTIVE QUADRANT
BODY AND BEHAVIOUR
In this module we focus on the Upper-Right Quadrant (UR), the body and behaviours. We explore the relationship between our body, our energy state and performance at work. We see how we relate to situations that are stressful for us and how we can maintain their functional part by reducing adverse effects. We look at the way we communicate and how it varies according to the perspective of the quadrant, how we focus to reach our goals and what our level of presence and attention is.

Presence, attention, body awareness, expression, the ability to focus, control of space and performance, are tools that strengthen our leadership style.

In this module we will work on the Somatic Line and introduce the fourth lens of the integral map: the Energy States and their influence on performance.

LL. THE INTERPERSONAL QUADRANT
RELATIONS AND COMMUNICATIOn
The Lower-Left Quadrant (LL) is the quadrant of the us, the one that refers to all the aspects that are connected to relationships; with the ability that a leader, his team and all the actors involved in a project have, to communicate fluidly and efficiently.

We use practical communication tools based on the real difficulties expressed by the participants, analysing each situation from the framework provided by the integral map. We work on the management of interpersonal conflicts, the understanding of the different levels of language, the way of relating to people oriented from different quadrants to ours and how to share our vision and serve as an inspiration to others.

In this module we work on the Interpersonal Line.

LR. THE INTEROBJECTIVE QUADRANT
STRUCTURE AND ORGANIZATIOn
In this module we explore the Lower-Right Quadrant (LR), looking at the structural aspects of the organisation, the work dynamics and how to improve them.

Having a solid structure, well-armed and tested, is the basis of being able to be creative, to let ourselves be guided by intuition and flow. We look at the objectives and the way to raise and address them in the organisation, in the design of an action plan, and we also look at the ability to prioritize and add creativity in different processes.

To carry out the dynamics of this module, we work with real cases and difficulties that the participants bring us, so that each of them has the opportunity to apply and verify at least one of these techniques in their projects.

In this module we work on the Cognitive Line and practice new ways of solving an issue using the existing relationships between quadrants.

LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS
visiON OF THE WORLD AND VALUES
In this module we deal with the lens of the Levels of Consciousness. The different levels give us information on how human beings and societies evolve dynamically through a spiral of development. This spiral, in an ascending sense, determines different levels of consciousness, which are more complete and more inclusive the further one advances in the evolutionary scale. Each of these levels has a way of seeing and interpreting the world. They have different values that determine their direction, a language of their own and a logic of action.

Knowing the idiosyncrasy and the particularities of each level allows us to recognize the point where we are and gives us very clear clues about how to relate and communicate with people in our environment. We show how organisations and leaders have evolved to an integral level at work, we explore ways to grow the organisation to a higher level and how to work in a fluid way with the individuals at different levels that make up our teams.

In this module we work the Moral and Spiritual Lines.

LEADERSHIP STYLES
STAGES OF transformaTIOn o
A real change, that allows a leader to evolve towards a truly transforming leadership style, requires a vertical type development. This development involves two movements: outward, a greater perspective to know how to interpret the environment and react to the challenges and, inwards, a greater awareness of oneself and one's own way of functioning.

In this sense, at the closing point of the Integral Leadership Training, two key elements can be observed in each one of the participants. The first one is the skill to observe the world from an integral perspective. Each participant, in a natural and effortless way, will witness how the lenses of the integral map are activated when placed in front of any day-to-day event. And thanks to this they will be able to find equitable and efficient answers to respond to the challenges they have to face.

Secondly, they will have internally consolidated a logic of thought and action that is the result of a greater knowledge of themselves, the moment they are at and the direction they want to take to move towards a more transformative leadership style.

It is time to become aware of the changes generated during the process (current way of being - new way of being) and to collect all that they have learned and integrated during all these months (embodiment). Both in terms of training and the Executive Coaching process.

At the end of the module there will be a space to exchange feedback and share conclusions among the participants and the trainers.

    ABOUT ATTENTION

    PEDAGOGICAL CONSIDERATIONS
Learning and attention are two inseparable concepts. One is not possible without the other. Wherever we place attention it is possible to know, to get to know; where we do not place it, it is not possible to know, we do not get to know. It is easy to understand but it is complex to put it into practice since, in general, people find it very difficult to maintain continuous attention, without breaks, in an object of knowledge. It is practically impossible for us, for example, to pay continuous attention to someone who is speaking to us without going into our own thoughts. And to this we must add the fact that paying attention is not a process that can be done at will.

    Interview
To register for the Integral Leadership Training we ask for a single requirement, which is to conduct an interview with those people who are interested in carrying out the program. The objective is to get to know each other, to discover the interests and the reasons that each leader has to participate in the program and see if the Integral Leadership Training fits their requirements. The interview is also intended as a space to resolve doubts and clarify in detail any aspect related to the training.

If you provide us with your information, we will contact you to arrange an interview.
