Integral Leadership is the result of observing the dynamics of an organisation through the lens of the integral map (AQAL), which helps us to broaden the perspective, to obtain understanding and, finally, to make decisions and act in an equitable, functional and efficient way.
WHAT ILT IS
ILT (Integral Leadership Training) is a development program, for managers and executives, that considers the dynamic angle of organisations and the interconnection of all its components and processes. It is designed and thought of as an Integral Operating System (IOS) for leaders. It is a system because it provides the leader with a map that serves as a guide to move in variable environments and complex situations. It is operational because it has a practical application that seeks the incorporation of new skills in the workplace. It is integral because it includes multiple perspectives from which to understand and address what is happening.
This program takes as its frame of reference the Integral Theory of Ken Wilber and other pioneer theories in the area of human development, through the methodology of Integral Coaching®.

8 face-to-face group training modules. Designed to learn and embody the integral map, as a tool for analysing reality, to understand and be aware of the way it works, and to broaden the perspective, drawing on the vision and experience of the group and the team of trainers.
6 individual sessions of Executive Coaching. A personalised process that is carried out simultaneously with the program and that allows the individual to work on their specific and relevant development objectives.
